Cirrus Annual Inspection Estimate Request Form

As an Authorized Cirrus Service Center, FlightLogix Cirrus Annual Inspections include all labor items on the current AMM Scheduled Maintenance Inspection Program. In addition, all estimates will include pricing based on your input below, plus:

  • 8 quarts of Phillips 20W50 XC Oil (other oils available by request)
  • Oil Filter

NOTE: There is no sales tax on parts in the State of Ohio. A 1% gross revenue tax will be added for the City of Cincinnati. A miscellaneous consumables and shop materials fee will be added, generally based on 5% of labor charges.

Additional labor for discrepancies not included in the standard annual inspection labor will be billed at the current shop rate.

Parts and freight on non-stocked parts not included.
